JSON Format for Message Payloads

A JSON value describing the payload of an MQTT topics, the payload of the birth message of an MQTT client, or the payload of the will message of an MQTT client can be either a JSON string value, or a JSON object, depending on whether the payload should be a fixed payload, or a constructed payload.
