OEE Error Code messages

The table below shows the error codes messages for the OEE calculator. This category of errors indicates detailed description of the error messages from the OEE Calculator

error message	Description
no calculation performed yet	No Calculation has been preformed yet
not enough valid input data	One or more samples contained poor quality input data.
rejected product number is greater than total product number	The rejected number of the Quality Rate factor is greater from the total product number.
rejected product counter decreased	The rejected number of the Quality Rate decreased from the previous sample.
total actual product counter decreased	The total actual product has been rejected and nothing written.
negative ideal run rate	The ideal run rate of the Performance Rate is negative.
Xentara downtime was too long	Xentara was off-line for long time.
the start time for the calculation is unknown because no reset has been performed yet	Unknown start sampling period.
at least one of the factors had a poor quality	One or more factors in the Calculation contains poor quality.
an unknown error occurred	An unknown error occurred.
