The Xentara Pickering PXI Driver v1.2

Sub-units of Pickering PXI cards are represented as Xentara I/O points.
The Pickering PXI driver currently only supports the two types of sub-units used by precision programmable resistor modules. These are the following two types of sub units:
Each of the sub-units is identified by a 1-based sub-unit number. Since output bits and resistors and are both output sub-units, they share a common numbering. Input sub-units (which are currently not supported) have their own numbering.
The sub-units of a card must be serviced in order to function properly. Sub-units are serviced by attaching them to a sub-unit handler. Sub-unit handlers are I/O transactions that write pending values to the physical card, and read input values from the physical card into Xentara. The value of a sub-unit that is not attached to a handler will not be available, and no values will be written to it if it is an output sub-unit.
