Skill Data Points in the Xentara user manual

A command element maps a single FCI command for the target board to the Xentara model tree as a skill data point. All command elements added as children to the board must be linked to a poll element to be affected by write and read tasks.

Job Number

Inherits attributes of input and output skill data point

  • Read direction: get number of the currently active job
  • Write direction: select the job by its number
  • Data type: Integer

Marking

Inherits attributes of input and output skill data point

  • Read direction: get current status of marking
  • Write direction: start/stop marking
  • Data type: Boolean

Board Temperature

Inherits attributes of input skill data point

  • Read direction: get temperature of the board
  • Data type: FloatingPoint

Serial Number Text

Inherits attributes of input and output skill data point

  • Read direction: read the current text of the serial number
  • Write direction: set the new text of the serial number
  • Data type: String
