Description

The Xentara EtherCAT Module object, along with slot, is used to describe gateway devices, and modular devices. The clamps that are attached to the coupler can be thought of as the Module. Multiple modules can be connected to a single Device. Each module will have multiple Entry data points. The ModuleType from the ESI file is represented by the Xentara EtherCAT module object.

In addition to the standard members of Xentara I/O Component, Device have the following attributes:
